Health Assessment

Medical Assessments provide independent professional advice to businesses about their employee’s fitness for work and health issues. Health assessments can be carried out for new starters and annually for current employees.

Initial medical assessments for new starters reduce the risk of mismatching person to task, and demonstrate your compliance with legislation such as the Health & Safety at Work Act, the Disability Discrimination Act, Working Time Regulations and many others, including specific industry standards. Baseline medical assessments and screening tests, eg. Audiometry, Spirometry and Vision Screening can be added when required under regulations.

Productive work is an essential part of people’s health and self-esteem. Reducing workplace absence due to sickness is not only about defending business productivity and profits. It’s also about protecting workers’ health and well-being, and safeguarding their jobs.
