Medical AssessmentsMedical Assessments provide independent professional advice to businesses about their employees fitness for work and health issues. Productive work is an essential part of people’s health and self-esteem. Reducing workplace absence due to sickness is not only about defending business productivity and profits. It’s also about protecting workers’ health and well being, and safeguarding their jobs. Medical Assessments help employers and employees make good decisions in all these areas :
Medical assessments are carried out by our Occupational Health Physicians. They conduct a confidential interview with the employee, and liaise with GPs and hospitals, if required. A written report is produced within 3 to 5 working days : urgent feedback can be given more quickly. The report describes the employee's fitness to work, and any measures required for their rehabilitation and support. |
